Exhibitor Set-Up will be on Friday, March 15, 2024, from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
If you require use of the loading dock on Set-Up Day, you will need to book a time using the Voyage Control System. The Calgary Stampede utilizes this system to ensure organization and efficiency for the load-in process. Exhibitors that will be hand carrying product in on Set-Up Day do not need to book a time using the Voyage Control System.
More information will be released to registered Exhibitors regarding Set-Up Day as we get closer to the Show.
All Exhibitors are required to complete a form submitting the names of their booth staff so the PGA of Alberta can prepare name badges in advance of the Show. When Exhibitors arrive on-site for Set-Up Day (Friday, March 15) they will be able to pick up their name badges from the PGA of Alberta booth.

The PGA of Alberta requires all Exhibitors to provide an EXCLUSIVE EXHIBITOR SHOW SPECIAL to the consumers at the Calgary Golf Show.
Examples include the following:
- 2 for 1 or 10% Off Coupons
- Special Stay & Play Rates
- Discounts on Memberships, Green Fees, Hotel Rates, etc.
These specials need to be EXCLUSIVE to the Calgary Golf Show so that consumers can see the value in attending. For example, an Exhibitor could have a pack of 10 Green Fee Passes that usually sells for $500.00 and offer them for $450.00 as their “Exclusive Show Special” ($50.00 in savings).
All Exhibitor Show Specials must be approved by the PGA of Alberta and will be featured on the Alberta Golf Shows website as they are submitted.
